Daytime Divas enters a backstage world filled with the power struggles, diva fits and steamy affairs that come with TV production. All new series Daytime Divas is bringing plenty of scandal and drama to VH1. Tune in to Daytime Divas Monday, June 5th at 10/9c. Daytime Divas is an American satirical comedy-drama television series developed by Amy and Wendy Engelberg for VH1. It is based on the book Satan's Sisters by former co-host of The View Star Jones. The show stars Vanessa Williams, Chloe Bridges, Camille Guaty, Fiona Gubelmann, and McKinley Freeman. Principal photography began in August in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kibby reveals to Maxine that Vance abused her and led her into drugs when she was younger. Jason forces Maxine to fire Kibby temporarily. Anna plays Nina a tape of Maxine and Ted arguing the night he died, but the low quality makes it difficult to identify Ted's killer. Mo decides to help Kibby by performing a stand-up routine on the show exposing Vance as a predator, causing her to be fired from his sitcom. Kibby responds with a live video denouncing Vance, with the help of another one of his victims, Maddie, and later rejoins The Lunch Hour.
Maxine explains to Nina that after Ted became violent, a drunken Shawn threw him on the floor, and she asked William to help her make it look like an accident.
Also: Maxine surprises everyone, including herself, when she brings a date to the event.
Episode 5 - Baby Daddy Drama 3 years ago When Nina's baby daddy scandal ignites a media feeding frenzy, Maxine hires crisis manager Isabel Carlisle to do damage control. All the cohosts are shocked when Maxine re-hires her former assistant Anna as a guest co-host.
Episode 3 - Blind Items 3 years ago An anonymous Page Six item prompts Maxine to go on a warpath; Kelly Osbourne's disastrous guest appearance gives Mo a chance to steal Maxine's thunder; and Nina is surprised to find out that Andrew has a secret of his own.
Episode 2 - Coma Bump 3 years ago Maxine returns to the show, but Mo threatens to expose a secret; Nina has news for Shawn; Kibby gets blindsided. Si au premier abord, Daytime Divas est une série estivale efficace, elle démontre aussi que derrière tous les coups bas il y a quelques faiblesses.
Le tout est un peu trop simplistes et le scénario ne développe jamais suffisamment les personnages et leur évolution dans leurs intrigues personnelles.
